  • Where can I check my order details?

You can view your order details by logging into your account on our website www.theindianethnicco.com. Once you login you will see an option called - My Orders, where you can view all your past orders.

Alternatively, a confirmation of the order will be sent to your registered WhatsApp Number & Email after placing the order

  • Can I change my address after placing the order?

Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not left the warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify the delivery address.

If you wish to change the address to an international location, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees associated with the change. However, if you have placed an order with international shipping and would like the delivery to be made in India instead, the shipping fees will be refunded in the form of a Store Credit.

  • I have received only a part of my order. Where is the rest of my order?

Sometimes we dispatch whatever we have ready so as to decrease your waiting time. Also since every product has a different shipping timeline, we may ship the order in batches.

  • How do I care for my products?

Our garments are like works of art, hand block printed with special dyes with love because of which they might bleed initially, don't worry it's temporary and a part of their artistic nature.

1. Avoid mixing darker tops with lighter bottoms to prevent any unexpected colour blending.
2. If you're planning to show off your new attire in high-sweat zones, we recommend opting for another equally stunning ensemble.
3. We suggest Dry Cleaning but gentle hand washing with a mild detergent will also do the trick.
4. During the first few washes, wash them separately.
5. Skip the washing machine.
6. Gentle dry them inside out in a shaded area.
We take great pride in the unique character of our handcrafted products. They may have slight irregularities, but that's what makes them truly one-of-a-kind!

  • Where can I find the Size Chart?

We are a size-inclusive brand and we provide all sizes ranging from XS to 6XL without any extra charges.
Our size chart differs from product to product & is mentioned under all the products on our website.

  • What if an item is out of stock? When will it be restocked?

Please click on the “notify me when restocked option” which you will find under the sold out item. We cannot give you a certain timeline for the restock. If and once it is restocked you will receive an email about the same.

  • The colour of the product I received is slightly different from the images. Why?

The photos of every product are clicked in different light settings. We try to take pictures in a setting that is the closest to what the product looks like in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of the eye and thus slight colour differences are unavoidable. Since our products are also not machine made in large quantities but in fact made by an artisan and in small batches, each batch could have a slight difference in the shade of the colour due to the human involvement in the process.

  • The print has irregularities. Why?

Shipping Related

  • What is your Shipping Timeline?

Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered.

Fabrics & Sarees take 2 to 3 working days to ship from the warehouse. 

All clothing products take 2 to 14 working days (shipping timelines vary from product to product and are mentioned under every product in the description section as well). 

All International orders will also take 2-14 working days to be shipped but if an order has multiple products and timeline varies then the entire shipment will be shipped together. 

Working Days are Monday - Friday so the shipping timeline does not include the weekend.

Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to you on your registered email.

Please do not accept a parcel if it is tampered as we will not be responsible for it.

  • Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?

Yes, we do offer reverse pickup for eligible items’ returns within India. We do not extend this service out of India.

Sometimes, for some addresses, reverse pickup facility may not be available. In that case we may ask you to ship the product back to us and provide a full Store Credit without deducting the additional cost of Rs.100.

  • Where are my tracking details?

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such. 

  • Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide.

  • What are your shipping charges?

For Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders above Rs.999. For orders below Rs.999, a flat shipping fee of Rs.150 is charged for COD orders and Rs.100 for Prepaid orders.

For International Shipping

We provide free international shipping for orders above Rs.9999
For orders below Rs.9999, a flat shipping fee of Rs.2500 is charged

Customs and import duty, if any, will have to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery, if applicable.

  • What shipping services do you use for International shipping?

We have an aggregator that allocates the best possible option for the location the product is getting shipped to. Some of the services used are DHL, Aramex, FedEX & UPS

  • Is there plastic in your packaging?

Yes, the outermost layer is plastic. We are working on finding a better alternative.

Returns Related

  • What is your Return Policy?

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Return or Exchange Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange orders are placed upon pick up of your return. Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.
  • Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.
  • Store Credit will be shared once the order is picked up from the customer.
  • Fabric products are not eligible for any Return/Exchange
  • Tags must be intact with the barcode sticker.
  • Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using a Store Credit are not eligible for any Returns or Refunds.
  • In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details through the provided link. Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated.
  • Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
  • Shipping charges are non - refundable.
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

Return & Exchange Request Process:

  • State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.
  • A return pickup will be initiated for orders within India.
  • Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
  • Return or Exchange requests for orders placed using a store credit will be rejected.

Store Credit:

  • A store credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
  • The store credit is valid for a lifetime.
  • The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.
  • Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.

International Orders:

  • If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and customs charges.
  • We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups for International Orders.
  • A store credit or refund will be issued for the value of the returned product only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • International Orders are not eligible for exchanges.The refund of shipping charges varies on a case-by-case basis, and ultimately, the company retains the authority to make the final decision.Alternatively, customers can request to return the product when someone is traveling from their country to India without incurring additional shipping costs.In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can share images as proof with us at hello@issori.com. The issue will be recorded, and further steps will be communicated to you. A store credit of the same value or a full refund can be made in such cases.

Refunds:

REFUNDS WILL TAKE 20-25 WORKING DAYS.

  1. Returns take approximately 12 to 14 working days to reach the company.
  2. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only once the return reaches the warehouse and is thoroughly checked by our in-house team which takes 1-2 working days.
  3. Post that it takes 2-3 business days to process the refund internally
  4. It will take the bank or portal also 2-3 business days to process/reflect the refund.
  • A flat fee of Rs.150 will be deducted in case of Money Refunds. No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided to the customer's bank account.
  • A refund will be made for the sale amount of the returned products.
  • Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

Kindly be aware that we have partnered with a third-party courier service. While we are committed to assisting you, there are instances beyond our control. The contact information of the delivery executive is exclusively provided to the recipient, which may limit our ability to address certain issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations

  • How can I return/exchange a product?

  • I received a damaged product. What options can you give to rectify this issue?

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. We can provide a replacement at no extra cost or email a store credit of the same value to you or can initiate a full refund for the products received in damaged condition.

  • Where can I find my store credit & how to use it?

The store credit will have been emailed to you in the form of a Coupon code, on the same email id with which you shopped on our website.

Please check for an email with the subject "Refund".

Please also check the junk/spam folder too.

While applying the coupon, please ensure you have logged into your profile using the same Email id used to place your last order.

You can copy the coupon code and paste it is the "Coupons" section at checkout. The amount will automatically be deducted from your cart.
